The gap we are standing in
This category is priced per record, and there is a hole in it. The cheapest paid extension we found is $9.90 a month; the best known one is $49 for a thousand records. Between them, nothing. We sit at $19.99 for two thousand searches, each returning up to a hundred businesses.
We sell searches rather than records because that is the unit we ourselves are charged in: our data provider bills per request, whatever it returns. Pricing in the same unit we buy in means we never have to cap a plan we already sold, and you always know what a search costs before you run it.
What to watch
G Maps Extractor has had listings removed from the store and republished under new ones — we saw several of its entries marked as removed while researching. That is the risk of scraping Google Maps directly, and it is the reason our Google mode does not.
