Get in touch

Questions, bug reports, billing issues or feature ideas — we would like to hear from you. We usually reply within 2 business days.

What we can help with

• Support — a search returning nothing, emails not being found, or anything not working as expected.
• Billing and refunds — questions about your plan, cancellations, or a refund (see the refund policy).
• Feature requests — tell us what would make the extension more useful.
• Privacy — anything about how the extension handles data (see the privacy policy).

Before you write

For faster support it helps to include your browser and version, the exact search you ran and on which map, and a short description of what happened. For billing questions, include the email or order details you used at checkout.
