Privacy policy

Short version: the businesses you collect stay on your computer. What reaches our server is the search text, the map area, and enough to count your free searches.

What the extension does

You run a search on a map. The extension sends that search text and the visible map area to our service, which asks a data provider for the matching business listings and returns them to your browser. Everything after that — the list, the email lookup, the exported file — happens on your machine.

What we collect

• Your search text and map area. Needed to fetch results. We keep the search text and the number of results in a log so we can see what our provider costs us. The map coordinates are not stored.
• Your IP address. Used to count free searches and to stop abuse. Stored as a counter keyed on the address; we do not build a browsing profile from it.
• A random installation identifier. Generated in your browser so a payment can be matched to your installation. It is not linked to any identity unless you sign in.
• Your email address, only if you sign in with Google. We request the email scope and nothing else — no access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts or calendar. It is used to restore a paid plan on another computer.
• Payment details are never seen by us. Checkout happens on PayPro Global's pages; we receive only the fact that an order succeeded.

What stays on your device

• The businesses you collected, including any emails found.
• Exported CSV and Excel files — written straight to your downloads folder.
• Your settings and the last run, kept in the browser's local extension storage.

None of this is uploaded to us. We never receive your prospect list.

Network requests

• To our service (pay.svyat.site): the search text, the map area, your installation identifier, and your sign-in token if you signed in.
• To company websites: when you press “Find emails”, your browser requests the company's home page and its contact page. These requests come from your computer and your IP address, not from our servers, and their content is not sent to us.
• To PayPro Global: only when you open the checkout page.

Permissions, in plain English

• Storage — to keep your last run and settings in the browser.
• Access to Google Maps and Bing Maps pages — to show the panel and read which search and area are open.
• Access to websites (optional) — requested only when you press “Find emails”, and only then. It is not requested at install time, and you can refuse it and still use everything else.
• Identity — to let you sign in with Google when you choose to.

Third parties

• Our data provider receives your search text and map area in order to return listings.
• PayPro Global processes payments as merchant of record and handles your billing details under their own privacy policy.
• Google is involved only if you choose to sign in.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers in the extension.

Retention and your rights

Free-search counters and cost logs are kept while they are useful for billing and abuse prevention, and are deleted when they are not. If you signed in, you can ask us to delete your email address and any linked records at any time — write to tarasov.slavas2002@gmail.com and we will act within 30 days.

Children

The extension is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16.
