Chrome extension
Run a search on Google Maps or Bing Maps the way you always do. One button turns the results into a file with names, phones, websites and the email addresses the maps never show.
Three searches free. No account, no API key.
The file
One real row from a real run, exactly as it lands in your CSV — every field the extension writes, and where each one comes from. Claimed tells you whether the owner has ever taken over the listing: an unclaimed business is one nobody is looking after.

Three steps
Nothing to configure. The extension sits on the map you are already looking at.
STEP 01
“Dentist in Austin TX”, “plumbers in Manchester”, whatever your territory is. Move the map to set the area.
STEP 02
The panel fills with businesses. Paid placements are dropped, duplicates are merged, and you can strike out anything you do not want.
STEP 03
Your browser visits each company website and reads the contact address off it. Then CSV or Excel, straight to your outreach tool.
The hard part
Every lead list built from maps stops at a phone number, and every cold email campaign needs an address. So the extension opens each company website in your own browser, looks at the pages where contacts live, and writes what it finds back into the row.
It runs on your machine, at your pace, under your IP. Nothing is queued on a server, and no list of your prospects is stored anywhere but your own downloads folder.
Questions
Up to 100. That is the ceiling maps themselves impose on a single view, however many businesses are really there. To cover a larger area, Map Scraper splits the visible map into parts and searches each one: on a test over Austin, three requests returned 437 unique dental practices.
From each company's own website. Google Maps and Bing Maps have no email column at all, so the extension opens the business website in your browser, looks at the pages where contacts usually live, and reads the address published there. On a live run over Austin dentists it found addresses for 6 of 10 sites.
No. The Google Maps data is licensed from a commercial data provider and fetched through our own service. From the map page itself the extension reads only two things out of the address bar: the words you searched for and the area currently on screen.
It says whether the owner has ever taken over the listing on the map. An unclaimed business is one nobody is maintaining, which usually means nobody is selling to that owner yet — the easiest calls on the list.
No. Three searches are free with no sign-up and no key. A Google sign-in is only asked for at the moment you buy a plan, and only for your email address.
$19.99 a month for 2,000 searches, or $12.49 a month billed annually. Each search returns up to 100 businesses. For comparison, G Maps Extractor charges $49 a month and includes 1,000 records.
CSV, Excel (.xlsx) and JSON. All three carry the same twenty columns, including the email found on the company website and the Claimed flag.
Pricing
Each search returns up to 100 businesses. Try it on your own territory before paying anything.
