Terms & conditions

Last updated: 1 September 2026

These terms cover the Map Scraper browser extension and this website. By installing the extension you agree to them.

Who we are

Map Scraper is an independent product. Contact: tarasov.slavas2002@gmail.com. Payments are processed by our authorised reseller, PayPro Global, which acts as merchant of record for every order.

What the extension does

Map Scraper collects publicly listed business information from a map search you run yourself: name, category, address, phone, website, rating, review count, coordinates and place identifier. For businesses with a website, it can open that website from your browser and read a contact email address published on it. Results are exported to CSV or Excel.

The extension does not create accounts on other services, does not log in anywhere on your behalf, and does not bypass paywalls or access controls.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for what you do with the data you collect. In particular:

We may suspend access where we see clear evidence of any of the above.

Plans and billing

The free tier allows three searches. Paid plans are described on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled; cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access running until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Third-party services

Map Scraper is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Microsoft, or the OpenStreetMap Foundation. Google Maps, Bing Maps and their logos belong to their respective owners, and the names are used only to describe what the extension works with.

Business listing data is supplied to us by a third-party data provider. Payments are handled by PayPro Global under their own terms.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maps change their pages and providers change their APIs; features may need to change with them. If a change materially reduces what a paid plan offers, you may request a refund under the refund policy.

Disclaimer and liability

The extension is provided “as is”. Business data comes from third-party listings and from company websites, and can be out of date or wrong — verify anything you rely on. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above, and continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
